Error message: A system reboot is required to continue working with Winner

In Winner, if a user receives an error message reading A system reboot  is required to continue working with Winner, users should:

1. Exit Winner.
   
   
2. Restart the PC.
   Note: Users should Restart the PC, not Shut down.
