Manufacturers sometimes hold a sales campaign to selected dealerships who will receive additional discounts on specific kitchen models for a specific time period.
Follow the steps below to apply this in Winner and ensure accurate pricing across the dealership.
NOTE: If the catalogue is updated then this information will need to be re-entered.
Set model discounts with date parameters
- Go to Register > Catalogues and double click the catalogue you require.
- Select the drop down menu Conditions and select New.
- Give the condition a name and add the data parameters and tick the box Preferred conditions.
- Select the models that you want to apply the discount to.
- Click OK.
- In the Catalogue information window set the conditions you require for the selected models.
Note: Winner will automatically select the condition based on the main model for the design.
Important: If the catalogue is updated then this information will need to be re-entered.
Set model discounts with date parameters in CMC
- Select Catalogue customisation in the drop down for Additional modules.
- Double click the catalogue to update.
- Select Import and click on the version to update.
- Select option 4 for Conditions.
- Give the condition a name, description and, date parameters.
- Tick the box Automatically assign to all companies and click OK.
- Double click on the catalogue in the Catalogue customisations dialogue window.
- In the row for Furniture select the + under the column Discount-1%
- In the row of the group to apply the discount too, select the + under the column Discount-1%
- In the Price calculation window apply the discount to the required Models in the column Discount-1% and click OK.
- Right click on the catalogue, in the Catalogue customisations dialogue window.
- Select Ready for publishing and close the dialogue window.
Now click Publish all.
