In Winner, users may see that some articles in the Quotation window are marked in red and have no price for that item line. The article is in red because, according to the manufacturer, it is not available. For example, this may because certain articles from a manufacturer are only available in specific finishes, in certain models, or only with specific handles or other parts.
To find the error, at Alternative level:
- Click the Calculator icon:
- In the Quotation window, locate the item line in red and left-click to select it.
- Right-click the selected red item line and select Change model > Special.
The incorrect information will be marked with an asterisk *
Note: If the selected article is not available in the selected model, Winner will display text that makes this clear.
