Once you have added a user to your company and sent the invitation you will need to assign a license to the user so they can access the desktop application.
Note: If you are migrating from Winner Design to Winner Flex you will need to complete these steps to assign a new licence to your users.
User Licences
To access click the Settings cog icon at the bottom of the left hand menu bar and under Admin area select User Licences.
This list displays every user by email address with full name.
Note: this only lists the users you have invited to your company.
Click Edit on the top toolbar.
You will see 1 column of tick boxes for each product you have purchased. When you are editing you can tick or un-tick each username to assign or remove a licence.
You can tick as many users as you have purchased licences. Once you have allocated all of your licences the available licences count will be zero.
When you click the button Request new licence you can select which product, quantity, and any comments. This will send a message so that your sales representative can contact you.
