Access the Catalogue Selection settings by logging in to the Flex platform, click the Settings cog icon at the bottom of the left hand menu bar. Then, under Customer Portal select Catalogue Selection.
The catalogue selection list shows all the supplier catalogues that are available to your company’s account. If your account has a restricted number of catalogues included this list is provided so that you can disable any catalogues from being used across your products and request access to a new one. This can be done using the disable/enable checkbox at the right of the catalogue list.
IMPORTANT: This function is package dependent - speak to your local sales representative for more information.
Note: Every catalogue that has the category Kitchen will be shown with its name in bold.
To make it easier to manage the list use the filter options across the top of the screen.
You can filter by subsidiary, product, category (kitchen, bath, tiles, appliances etc.) or language. You can also type a catalogue name into the search box.
