In Winner Design version 12.1a5 and upwards, the search function for the project database has been enhanced. For example, users can now search for projects that have not yet been quoted for or not yet invoiced, and by the status of a project. These new features are particularly useful for locating projects to migrate to Winner Flex.

At Project level:
- Select Project > Search.
- The Find project window will open.
Find project
- Project Type and Project District - Users can search the project database by Project Type and Project District by clicking on the drop-down boxes.
Note: Project Type and Project District can be defined and set in Project info. - Project Status - Users can search the project database by Project Status, such as New, Active and Finished.
Note: Project status can be set in Project info. - Quotation sent and Approved for order - Users can search the project database using the date the quotation for the project was sent. Users can also search the project database using the date the project was approved for order.
Note: Users can tick Is not to exclude projects between two dates. - Invoice sent - Users can search the project database using the date the invoice for the project was sent.

Customer District - Users can search using customer district.
Customer Group - Users can search using customer group.
Miscellaneous - Users can search using miscellaneous.
Note: Customer district, customer group and miscellaneous can be defined and set under the Settings tab in the Properties of Customer window. For more information, see Registering a customer.
