The Flex platform provides a secure environment for the storage of all your company's vital information, including Contact details and Project data. In addition to its storage capabilities, the Flex platform now offers the convenient feature of exporting this information as an Excel file. This functionality allows users to easily manipulate, share, or analyse the data in a familiar format, enhancing productivity and streamlining processes across teams.
Export your Contact list
- Select the Contact tab.
- Select Customers or Suppliers tab as required.
- Click the more options icon
and select Export to Excel.
Note: The export will include all contacts across the company. You will see an additional column Showroom Number and you can filter on this to view contacts for specific showrooms.
Export your Project list
- Select the Projects tab.
Note: Ensure you are signed into the Shop you require the list for.
- Click the more options icon
