You can personalize the Project level screen by adding your company logo, this will affect all showrooms within the company. Alternatively you can have different logos for each showroom within the company, this will then be shown on printouts at store level such as quotes and sales contracts.
- Access the Flex platform via a browser:
http://flex.cloud
- Access Company settings by clicking the Settings cog icon at the bottom of the left hand menu bar.
NOTE! These settings are only available for system administrator users.
- Under Admin area select Company Settings.
- Click the Settings tab in the main screen for company logo
OR
Under Admin area click Showrooms then click on the Showroom Nr that you need to add the logo to, then click the General Showroom Settings tab.
- Click the Upload Company Logo icon, or Upload Showroom logo icon on the top toolbar and either drag and drop your logo into the window or click on + Choose and browse your computer to find the logo file.
- On the top toolbar click Save Company icon or Save Showroom icon to confirm.
Note: you can also delete a logo and upload a new one on these tabs.
