In Winner Design, users can send several attachments, for example printouts and exported files, in the same e-mail. To send multiple attachments in a single e-mail, users must add all the necessary files to an attachment list before sending the e-mail.

Adding printouts to the attachment list
At any level:
- Select Alternative > Printouts > select the desired form for example, Print quotation.
- In the Select form window, click Send E-mail and select Add to attachment list.
Note: Winner Design will save the document here C: > Winner > EXPORT > [Project name].
The C: drive is the default name for the hard drive on most PCs. Winner Design will create sub-folders for different alternative within a project. - Users can repeat the process with different printouts until all the desired documents have been added to the attachment list.
Note: Users can click Send E-mail and select Show Attachments to view all printouts added to the list.
Sending multiple attachments
At any level:
- Select Alternative > Printouts and select any form for example, Print quotation.
- In the Select form window, click Send E-mail and select Show Attachments.
This opens the Prepared attachments window: - In the Prepared attachments window, users can:
- Tick attachments to select documents to send, and untick attachments to deselect them.
Note: Users can also click Deselect all or Select all. - With an attachment selected, users can click Delete to remove that document from the list.
- Click Add file to open the export folder for the alternative, here users can select other documents to add to the list.
- Tick Pack mail attachments into a .ZIP/.PDF file, located at the bottom left of the window, to merge PDFs or create a .zip file. This is useful if the user's email program has a limit for the size of attachments.
Note: Leaving it unticked will send the attachments as individual files.
- Tick attachments to select documents to send, and untick attachments to deselect them.
- Click Send E-mail.
- In the E-mail addresses window, click the drop-down to select the category of recipient, then select a contact from the list below.
Note: Leave as Unspecified to enter the address later. - Click OK. The user's selected e-mail program will now open. Check the information, enter a recipient if not already selected, and send.
Adding files to the attachment list when exporting files
When users export a PDF or image, users can add the exported file to an attachment list, by ticking the field Add to Mail Attachment List in the Save as window.
