Note!: To change the layout and information in a form see Customise quotation form. If selected changed model information will be shown in blue font in the quotation. This is an option in Item line section.
Accessing the print quotation dialog box
There are several routes to accessing Print out quotation:
At Project level:
Select your Alternative, then choose one of the following four options:
- Click the Print icon:
- On the menu bar select Alternative > Printouts > Print quotation...
- On the menu bar select Quotation > Print out quotation...
- Press Ctrl+P on your keyboard.
At Alternative level:
- On the menu bar select Alternative > Printouts > Print quotation...
From Quotation:
- Click on the Calculator icon at Project level with your Alternative selected or in Furnishing mode:
- At the bottom right of the quotation window select Quotation > Print Quotation...
Note: You can also press Ctrl+P on your keyboard.
Print out quotation
- Select Print Quotation from one of the options shown above.
- In the following dialogue box, select Yes or No dependent on what status you want setting for the quotation. If you select No, you will still be able to print your quote.
- In Select form: Quotation, choose a style for your quotation and then select Print...
Note: You can also click the Preview button to preview your quotation before printing.
- Select the printer to be used and select Print.
Note: If the profit is too low according to the limits defined in Profit margin settings, you will be unable to print.
Send quotation by E-mail
- Select Print Quotation from one of the options shown above.
- In the following dialogue box, select Yes or No dependent on what status you want setting for the quotation. If you select No, you will still be able to email your quote.
- In Select form: Quotation, choose a style for your quotation and then select Send E-mail.
Note: You can also click the Preview button to preview your quotation before printing.
- Select the e-mail address you wish to send the quotation to and click OK.
Note: Choose Unspecified to enter an email address manually at the next step.
- Winner will automatically open a draft email to the selected recipient, with the quotation attached as a PDF file.
