In Winner, users can create new customers, update customer details, search for an existing customer and delete a customer at any time.
To access the Customer registry, at Project level:
- Select Register > Customers.
- The Customer registry window will open. Here users can:
Add a new customer
Edit customer information
Search the Customer registry
Delete a customer
Add a new customer
In the Customer registry window:
- Click the New button.
- In the Properties of customer window, enter the customer's details.
Note: When creating a new customer, the minimum requirement is a First name or Surname.
- Click OK.
Note: New customers can also be created when starting a new project. For more information, see How to add a new project.
Edit customer information
In the Customer registry window:
- Select a customer and click the Edit button.
Note: Click the Search button to locate a specific customer. For more information, see Finding a customer.
- In the Properties of customer window, amend the customer's details.
- Click OK.

Deleting a customer
In the Customer registry window:

Left-click to select a customer.
Note: Users can hold the CTRL key on the keyboard and use the left mouse button to select multiple customers. Users can also hold the Shift key on the keyboard and left-click to highlight multiple rows.
- Click the Delete button.
Properties of customer
There are a several tabs in the Properties of Customer window:
- Address: The main contact details for your customer. Including address, email and telephone number.
- Delivery address: Untick the box Use values from 'project name' to enter a delivery address that differs from the main address.
- Invoice address: Untick the box Use values from 'project name' to enter an invoice address that differs from the main address.
- Settings: Mark a customer as active or inactive, district, customer group and miscellaneous information.
- Conditions: Set a customer discount, and order terms such as delivery and payment.

Comments: Add any extra information about a customer.
