In Winner, batch prints created by the user can be exported from one PC and imported to another PC, for example, using a USB flash drive. The ability to export and import batch print definitions allows users to, for example, standardise quotation forms or order forms across a company.

Export
- At Project level, select Global settings > System settings.
- In Systems settings, select the Printouts tab.
- In Printouts, click the Export button and select All batch definitions.
- Save the file.
Note: For example on a USB flash drive.
Import
- Move or Copy the compressed file to a new PC.
- Open Winner.
- At Project level, select Global settings > System settings.
- In Systems settings, select the Printouts tab.
- In Printouts, click the Import button.
- Open the compressed file.
