Exporting batch definitions

In Winner, batch prints created by the user can be exported from one PC and imported to another PC, for example, using a USB flash drive. The ability to export and import batch print definitions allows users to, for example, standardise quotation forms or order forms across a company.

Export

1. At Project level, select Global settings > System settings.
   
   
2. In Systems settings, select the Printouts tab.
   
   
3. In Printouts, click the Export button and select All batch definitions.
   
   
4. Save the file.
   Note: For example on a USB flash drive.

Import

1. Move or Copy the compressed file to a new PC.
   
   
2. Open Winner.
   
   
3. At Project level, select Global settings > System settings.
   
   
4. In Systems settings, select the Printouts tab.
   
   
5. In Printouts, click the Import button.
   
   
6. Open the compressed file.
