Please compare your order confirmation with your current plan (quotation) and check that there is no difference between each other.
For a comparison, you can use a printout in Quotation Setup > Key figures called Calculation overview
- If you compare the order confirmation and your planning and you find some differences, this is the reason why your cost price is different.
- If your order confirmation and your planning are exactly the same, you should check your index settings. You can check this in the design by going to the tool bar and selecting Alternative > Settings > Price calculation. This will show you the index settings for this design.
- If you use block calculations, you also should check that Allow block calculation across price groups is ticked.
