Additional Costs: How to add operating costs

In Winner, users can include operating costs in their quotation in the Quotation setup window. 

Calculating operating costs

At Alternative level:

1. Click the Calculator icon:
   
   
   
   
2. In the Quotation window, click Quotation, located in the bottom right of the window, and select Quotation setup/Summary.
   
   
3. In the Quotation setup window, select the Calculation tab.
   
   
4. Under the Calculation tab, in the Additional costs section, located on the left below the Operating costs row, there are two fields; % of item cost price and % of the item sales price.
   The % of item cost price adds operating costs to the total purchase price in the quotation.
   The % of the item sales price adds operating costs to the total selling price in the quotation.
   
   
5. Click OK.
