In Winner, users can add installation costs to the purchase price, sales price or as a percentage markup. Users can add costs to a single project, or add costs to multiple projects.
Note! Installation costs added to multiple projects can only be added to new projects, to be created after the changes have been made. Existing projects can only be altered one at a time.
Adding installation costs to a single project
At Alternative level:
- Click the Calculator icon:
- In the Quotation window, click the Quotation drop-down, located on the bottom right of the window, and select Quotation setup/summary.
- In the Quotation setup window, select the Calculation tab.
- Under Additional costs, locate the Installation row.
- Adjust the Cost price, Markup% and Sales price columns as appropriate.
Note: Altering one field will automatically alter the values in the other two fields. - Click OK.
Adding installation costs to multiple projects
Note! Installation costs added to multiple projects can only be added to new projects, those that are created after the changes have been made. Existing projects can only be altered one at a time.
At Project level:
- Select Global settings > Project defaults.
- In the Project defaults window, select the Quotation calculation tab.
- Under Additional costs, locate the Installation row.
- Adjust the Cost price, Markup% and Sales price columns as appropriate.
Note: Altering one field will automatically alter the values in the other two fields. - Click OK.
