How to show prices on item lines for single items or item groups

In Winner, users can show prices on item lines for single items or as totals for item groups. Subtotals for item groups, which are shown by default, can also be hidden.

Showing prices for single item lines

At Alternative level:

1. Click the Calculator icon:
   
   
   
   
2. In the Quotation window, click Quotation, located in the bottom right corner, and select Quotation set up/summary. 
   
   
3. In the Quotation setup window, select the Presentation tab. 
   
   
4. Under the Presentation tab, the item groups in the users alternative are listed as columns in a table. Go to the row Show prices on item lines and tick the Show box.
   Note: To hide prices for single item lines, untick the Show box.
5. Click OK.

Showing prices for item groups 

At Alternative level:

1. Click the Calculator icon:
   
   
   
   
2. In the Quotation window, click Quotation, located in the bottom right corner, and select Quotation set up/summary. 
   
   
3. In the Quotation setup window, select the Presentation tab. 
   
   
4. Under the Presentation tab, tick box Merge the item groups, located in the top left corner.
   Note: To display subtitles, untick the Merge the item groups box.
5. Click OK.
