Security Roles related to Projects and Register.
To access security roles at Project level click Global Settings > Security > Edit roles
Note: options will be defaulted to green which means the option is enabled if you click on the empty circle it will change to red which means the option is disabled.
Access other user's projects
When enabled: Allows Flex users to open projects created by other users within their company.
When disabled: Blocks Flex users from opening projects created by other users.
Import Project - As Exported - only in legacy mode
When enabled: It is possible to click on the Project level menu option Project > Import > As exported (.PRW)
When disabled: The option is greyed out and unavailable.

Import Project - New
When in Flex:
When enabled: It is possible to click on the Project level menu option Project > Import > From file (PRW)
When disabled: The option is greyed out and unavailable;
When in Winner legacy:
When enabled: It is possible to click on the Project level menu option Project > Import > As new project
When disabled: The option is greyed out and unavailable;

Import Project - Overwrite current - only in legacy mode
When enabled: It is possible to click on the Project level menu option Project > Import > Overwrite current (.PRW)
When disabled: The option is greyed out and unavailable.

Salesperson - change
When enabled: Allows users to change the Salesperson of a Project via the Project info window.
When disabled: The Salesperson field inside the Project Info window becomes greyed out and unavailable.

Salesperson - edit (button) - only in legacy mode
When enabled: Allows users to edit Salesperson contacts list via the Project info window more options button next to the Salesperson field.
When disabled: The more options button is greyed out and unavailable.

Note: For Winner Flex, Salesperson should be edited via the Flex Platform.
Designer - change
When enabled: Allows users to change the Designer of a Project via the Project info window.
When disabled: The Designer field inside the Project Info window becomes greyed out and unavailable.

Terms 2 - Updating project values
When enabled: In the Project info window on the Terms 2 tab, the Update button is active. It updates all quotations with selected new values.
When disabled: The Update button becomes unavailable.

Export Project
When enabled: At Project level the menu options Projects > Exports > to file (.PRW) or Send as e-mail (.PRW) are available to be used.
When disabled: The options are greyed out and become unavailable.

Register - Customers (menu option)
When enabled: The Project level menu option Register > Customers is available for use.
When disabled: The option is greyed out and unavailable for use.

Register - Project - Show archive - only in legacy mode
When enabled: Allows the user to click on the Project level menu option Register > Project archive.
When disabled: The option is greyed out and unavailable.

Register - Project archive - File (button) - only in legacy mode
When enabled: Allows the user to file a project inside the Register > Project archive window via the File button.
When disabled: The File button is greyed out and unavailable.

Register - Project archive - Reverse (button) - only in legacy mode
When enabled: Allows the user to restore a filed project via the Reverse button inside the Register > Project archive window Filed projects section.
When disabled: The Reverse button is greyed out and unavailable.

Register - Project archive - Delete (button) - only in legacy mode
When enabled: Allows the user to delete an archived project inside the Register > Project archive window via the Delete button.
When disabled: The Delete button is greyed out and unavailable.
Register - Suppliers (menu option)
When enabled: The Project level menu option Register > Suppliers is available and when clicked, a window showing the Suppliers info is opened. Here you can find, edit, create or delete a supplier.
When disabled: The menu option is still available, but when you select it a message appears stating that you are not allowed to change the supplier information.

Register - Standard texts (menu option)
When enabled: The Project level menu option Register > Standard texts is available. Here you can create, import, export and edit Standard Texts.
When disabled: The menu option is greyed out and unusable.

When enabled: The Project level menu option Register > Registered texts is available. Here you can find, create, edit or delete a Registered Text.
When disabled: The menu is greyed out and unusable.
