Improvements and new features

There is a new keyboard shortcut to maximize and minimize a window in Winner. Use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + F to maximize and minimize the current window you are in.
There is a new option in the placement of handles on tall doors. This solves the issue of having to change each door manually when the handle placement is different for doors that are the same height as drawers and those that are taller. In the drawing settings it is now possible to have a different handle option for tall doors and short doors. For more information click here.
It is now possible to set all suppliers' orders as delivered in one step. This makes it quicker than having to go into each supplier in an alternative and set the date. When printing the delivery notes for one supplier you will see the option to select All goods delivered in the pop up. When this is selected it will apply the date in the box to all suppliers.
When manually changing position numbers it was not possible to use a number that was present in the plan, quotation or quick quote already. This has now been improved to enable the user to change a position number and reset them from that point onwards.

In Winner Flex a PDF version of any document will be saved to the platform when sending that document to print or send by email option. This means that there is a copy of the latest version of the document available from any Computer for all users at all times.
You can now manage registered texts in Winner Flex from one location in Register > Registered texts. Here you can create new text, edit and, delete texts. The deleted text will be hidden and can be reinstated at a later date.
If a document has been uploaded to the Flex platform and the locally saved document has been edited, Flex will recognize that your local document has a more recent file date compared to the one stored in Flex. In that case, a message will appear to prompt the user to upload the more recent version to the Flex platform. If the Flex document has been updated it will update the local version without prompt.
Default measurements are now synchronized for all users per shop when set in Global settings > Measurement Tab > Default measurements. This is to ensure all users in the shop are using the same default measurements for Room definition and Standard products.
It is now possible to set default values for Salesperson (previously known as Our Reference), Designer, Milieu Name and Alternative Name. In the Flex platform under, Company settings > User Preferences you can predefine these settings. For more information click here.
