When exporting an invoice to evoliz you can experience an error stating that there is an error on an item line. This is a readable error and will state which item line is missing a required field. Most will be an item line description that is missing.
Follow the steps below to add a description to an item line:
- Open the required Design.
- Open the Quotation window by clicking the Calculator icon in the top toolbar.
- Select the item line with the missing information and click on Edit in the bottom left corner of the window.
- This will open the Description field so you can add some text here.
- Once complete select the option Apply at the bottom of the window.
- Try and export the invoice once again.
