Export CSV extension

The Export CSV extension allows users to take information out of Winner and export it into a CSV file that can be opened in Excel. To use this extension you will first need to contact your local support team to add it to your account. 

 

Once the extension is available to you follow the steps below: 

Configure the CSV extension

  1. Select Additional modules on the tool bar. 

  2. Select the option EXPORT CSV > Settings.

  3.  In the Settings window select where the CSV file should be saved. 
    Note: Winner folder will be saved in Winner\EXPORT and Alternative folder will go to Winner\EXPORT\AlternativeName

  4. Select the symbol to be used as the separator in the .csv file and click OK. 

Create a CSV export

  1. Go to the Alternative you wish to export.

  2. In the tool bar select Alternative > Additional modules > EXPORT CSV.

  3. Click the Select columns option in the bottom left of the window. 

  4. Using the arrows select the columns to be added to the .csv file.

  5. Use the up and down arrows to change the order of the columns. Click OK. 

  6. Back in the EXPORT_CSV window you will see a preview of the template. To make further changes go back to the Select columns option. 

    - Click W_CSVExport_save.png icon to save this selection as a template. 

    - Click W_CSVExport_save_as.png icon to save this selection as a template with a new name. 

    - Click the W_CSVExport_Settings.png icon to change the location of the .csv file. 

    - Click Select columns to take you back to the column selection. 

    - Click Export to CSV to save a .csv file. 

  7. The .csv file is ready for you to use.
