Available from version 12.6a2, helping you design more quickly and consistently across projects. Picklists provide a dedicated workspace where you can create, import, and reuse collections of catalogue items.
Picklists let you group frequently used items, such as appliances and accessories, into reusable lists. Lists can be loaded into your design at any time, and items always update automatically to your latest installed catalogues.
Items appear with full catalogue metadata (description, pricing, images), and unavailable items are clearly flagged so you can replace or remove them.
Picklists complement existing features such as macros (full room configurations) and favourites (individual items that are not cross catalogue). They do not replace them.
Before you start you need to ensure you have the following
- Winner Flex or Winner Design on version 12.6a2 or above
- The catalogue browser enabled
- Winner Flex or Winner Design with the latest installed catalogues
- Permission to create or edit global picklists (if required)
