The Reports tab is useful for collecting all your data that is available in the Flex platform and reporting on it as a whole, or in parts. The report generator is flexible and you can create a report quickly using the filters across the top of the screen. Reports can include data from multiple shops within your company. In this article you will learn how to Create a Report, Update existing designs with missing data, Print a Report and Export a Report.

Create a Report
On the Reports tab, the top toolbar contains a row of drop-down filters to select the data that you want to report on.
Work your way through the filters from left to right:
- Box 1 lists all the main databases (by name of the report). These include total sales, gross profit, sales orders, average sales per customer, conversion rates, detailed sales per design, and detailed sales per shop. For more detailed information see What type of reports are possible?
- Box 2 lists the time period. For example, this year, this quarter, this month.
- Box 3 lists how to display the data in a time period. For example, by day, by week, by quarter.
- Box 4 is the salesperson list. You can tick 1 or more salespeople.
- Box 5 is the list of shops that the data should include.
When you have selected your criteria, you will see a report generated and displayed like a print preview.
Use the control icons above it to move between pages.
