There are many reports that can be created in the Flex platform.
Note: Every time the user saves a design the data will be reflected in the reports immediately.
Select the Reports tab
The first drop-down box lists the selection of report possibilities in Flex:

Total sales
Will show you the total sales divided by month / week / quarter / year -
Gross profit
Will show you your gross profit divided by month / week / quarter / year -
Sales Orders
Will show you the amount of order. You can again divide it and select what status the project should have. -
Average sales per customer
Will show you the average kitchen price per customer -
Conversion
Will show you the amount of sold kitchens compared to all projects -
Gross margin
Will show you the amount of gross margin divided by month / week / quarter / year and you can divide it by salesperson. -
Profit/Cost - per period
Will show you the Cost price of sales compared to the Total sales price which you can filter by shop and a time period of your choosing. -
Profit/Cost - per salesperson
Will show you the Cost price of sales compared to the Total sales price for a specific salesperson over the time period of your choosing. -
Detailed sales per design
Clickable report, that shows you your purchase price, sales price and profit in a really easy overview -
Detailed sales per shop
Same as "Detailed sales table" but now divides per sales person and based on quotations -
Open quotations per design
Shows all sent Quotations that have not turned into a sales order yet.
NOTE: Only designs in the status Quotation sent or Sales Order confirmed will be added to the quotation reports. Designs in Approved for order status will be added to the sales reports.
