If you are not working with the security features inside Winner Design, normally the project list is not filtered for the current user.
Generally most users are mainly interested in their own projects. You can set the standard type of filtering for the project list to the current user by taking the following steps:
- At project level, on the menu bar, click Global Settings > System settings.
- Select the Project Settings tab.
- In the Filter Defaults section using the Salesperson drop-down select (Current user).
Note: There are other options in Filter Defaults, for example Last changed.
It is highly recommended to use this filter, in order to reduce loading speed and optimise the workflow.
