If you have Flex system administrator user rights you can make changes to the company settings on the Flex platform. You can change the name, address, contact information, currency, logo and, security options.
These changes will apply to the whole company to make changes to a specific shop see: Flex: How can I change my shop settings and view assigned users?
You cannot edit or change your company settings in the desktop application, this must be done inside the Flex platform:
- Open the Flex platform.
- When in the Flex platform, click the settings icon
at the bottom of the left hand menu bar and under Admin area select Company Settings.
- Click the Company tab.
Here you can update the Company name, address and, Contact information.
- Click the Settings tab.
Here you can set your currency, add or change your logo and, add security measures such as valid IP addresses on which Flex can be opened.
- Once you have made your changes click Save Company in the top toolbar to, save the changes you have made.
