In your Alternative, you can change the properties of the same version of chairs in one step. These chairs will need to be group selected and then altered in the Edit colour settings tool.
- Click on the Furnishing mode icon in the Toolbar
- In the Plan window, select the chairs you want to change. You can hold-click and drag over the chairs to multiple select, or hold Shift and click on each chair.
- Once selected, click on the Edit colour settings icon in the Toolbar.
- In the Assign material to surface window, the components of the chair will be listed. Select a component to change.
Some components will have a material quality where the colour cannot be changed. You can select a material of a different colour in these cases.
Change Material
- Click on the Select material box on the right-hand side of the Assign material to surface window.
- In the Material choice window, select your new choice and click OK.
Change Colour
- Click on the Override colour box on the right-hand side of the Assign material to surface window.
- In the Colour choice window, select your new colour and click OK.
Your new selection of materials and colours will be visible in the Preview. Click OK to confirm the changes.
