Showcase: How can I send a message to the customer

Once you have sent a plan to your client via Showcase, you can send the client a message at any time.

1. In Winner, open the Showcase 360 by clicking on the icon.
   
   
   
   
2. In the Showcase 360 window, select Manage Plans.
   
   
3. In the Manage plans window, select the plan you have sent to your client.
   
   
4. In the plan window, click on the Plan messages tab icon.
   
   
   
   
5. In the Plan messages tab, click on the New message icon.
   
   
   
   
6. In the New message window, enter your message and click Send Message. 
   Note: All messages relating to this plan will be listed in the Plan messages tab.
