If you have multiple shops within a company and use different cost and sales indexes you can manage this centrally using the CMC extension. Follow the steps below to assign the different conditions and settings to the different shops.
- Once you have your customisations and settings set to Ready to publish. For more information on how to do this see: CMC: How to set up customisations without using quick process
- Click Assignment in the right hand tool bar.
- In the Catalogue management window select the catalogue from the Catalogue name list.
- In the Customer name list select the shop to assign the customisation to.
- In the Customisation list select the required condition and catalogue setting.
Note: There should be at least one Condition and one Catalogue settings for this to be assigned correctly.
- Repeat for all shops required and close the window.
- Back in the Catalogue customisation window select Publish all in the right hand tool bar.
- When you see the pop-up Customisations successfully published, the catalogue will be available to download for all users within the shops you selected.
If you are a Flex user and cannot see the shops in the Assignment tab follow the steps below:
- Create and save a new shop for more information click here.

Close and reopen Winner Flex. This step is really important otherwise the shop will not pull through to your Assignment list.
- Click the Assignment button and the new shop will be available in the list.
