Winner Design and Winner Flex 

• New user experience in light settings – The light settings have been merged from two dialogs into one to enable users to have all light settings in one place and be able to save light profiles to use in multiple designs even easier. Lighting types have been grouped to provide a better overview and can be turned off or on, on the group level. Lighting added to a design from Standard products are visible under Other light sources and can be adjusted individually to gain the optimal look in a render. • Window reveal inside or outside – When adding a window into a plan you can now select to have the window position inside or outside. You can also determine the depth of the reveal by adding the figure in Window, offset. This will then show up on the plan with the reveal at the correct depth. • Blinds Type 4 configurations – When adding Blinds type 4 to a window there are now additional options under Blinds, placement. The blinds can now be placed Interior, on wall and Exterior as well as the standard Interior. 
  
  
  
  
• Light objects on ceiling automatically hidden - When viewing a design from above (bird’s eye view) light objects attached from ceiling down will automatically be hidden from view together with the ceiling. You no longer need to select and hide light sources when creating a render from above.
  NOTE: Lighting although hidden will still produce illumination for the room so that the light in rendering is not affected. 
  NOTE: This will apply to light sources that have been added after the update of Winner to 12.3a1. 
  
  
• Inverted Navigation in Perspective View – The navigation in the perspective view was perceived as unnatural. This has been improved to be in line with other user experiences in other products so that the room follows the mouse.
  
  

• Importing Blocks IDM - Previously if you wanted to import blocks you could not continue working in Winner whilst the files were generated.  Now a new dialog box gives approximate time to generate the files and the option to run as a background process, enabling you to continue working in Winner.  If this option is selected a pop up asks the user if they wish to install it.  If the option is not selected it runs in the foreground and installs automatically. Winner Flex

• Automatic download of catalogues – In previous versions of Winner it was the users responsibility to ensure they were on the latest versions of catalogues. We have improved the automation of downloading catalogues, once the administrator has downloaded and approved the index settings for a catalogue(s) the approved catalogues will be downloaded for all other users automatically when they next log into Winner Flex. After the download has been completed the next time you log into Winner Flex you will see a dialog box to say that you have catalogues to install. The catalogue(s) will install with the index settings approved by the administrator. For more information click here. 
  NOTE: This is going to be phased in gradually and activated in waves.
  
  
• Automatic download of updates – In previous versions of Winner it was the users responsibility to ensure they were on the latest version of Winner. We have improved the automation of downloading the software updates, once the administrator has downloaded and installed the latest version of Winner Flex, the update will be downloaded for all other users automatically when they next log into Winner Flex. After the download has been completed the next time you log into Winner Flex you will see a dialog box advising that you have an update to install. For more information click here. 
  NOTE: This is going to be phased in gradually and activated in waves.
• Multiple upload of documents - This can be done by browsing your computer for the documents or drag and drop them into a new Upload files window. Or, if you are out on site and have taken various photos which you wish to attach to the current design, you are now able to upload more than one document at a time to the Flex platform and upload them from different locations. • Export Users as a .CSV file – For companies with many users to keep a track of the users was difficult in the Flex platform. There is now an option to export the list of Users from the Flex platform as a CSV file. By selecting the vertical ellipsis on the top right of the page select Export as CSV file and save in the desired location.
  
  
  
  

Standard texts - To make it quicker and easier to select standard texts when creating or editing a contact, it is now possible to add favourite countries, languages and more so they appear at the top of the list. For more information click here.
