Winner Design users may wish to install, or re-install, Winner Design in a network environment. This allows connected users to share company logos, forms and the catalogue list. For example, when one network user downloads and installs a catalogue, it will be available for all users.
Note: Winner Flex customers do not need a network installation. By using the Flex platform, Flex users have access to all these functions and more. For more information, see What is the difference between Winner Flex and Winner Design?

To install Winner Design in a network environment:
- Setup a dedicated server for Winner Design.
Note: For minimum server requirements, see Hardware requirements and system specification for Winner. - For a new installation:
From the server, run the Winner Design installation and choose the local drive on the server for the installation path.
For an existing installation:
Move the Winner folder from its current location to the local drive on the server and run the lansetup.exe file on the sever. - To connect a client PC with the sever, navigate using File Explorer to the Winner folder on the server and run the lansetup.exe file as administrator. The file path used should be a UNC compatible path for example, \\Servername\Applications\Winner.
Repeat this step for all PCs that require Winner Design.
Note! Users will need a separate USB dongle or activation code for each PC. - Restart all PCs connected to the network. On a single PC connected to the network, start Winner Design. This will install and prepare all system required catalogues. Once this process is complete, users may run Winner Design on all PCs connected to the network.
