In your plan you can place a door on interior and false walls by selecting one side of the wall and adding an object. You can also change the openings of doors, such as the angle of opening or whether it opens inwards or outwards, by accessing the Properties for the door. To do this, take the following steps:
At Alternative level:
- Click on the Room definition mode icon in the Toolbar.

Left-click on the side of the interior wall in which the door is to be inserted. It will be highlighted in yellow in the plan.
OR
In the Perspective window, click on the side of the interior wall, in which the door is to be inserted. It will be highlighted in red in the perspective window and yellow in the plan.
- Click on the Add wall object icon in the Toolbar.
- In the Select object window, click the Doors drop-down.
- Select your chosen door.
Note: not every door will have the parameter to open and close the door.
- Click OK.
The door will now be placed.

Right-click on the selected door and select Object Properties.
- In the Object parameters window, select Parameters.
- In the text section, select Angle opening.
- Enter your chosen angle in the text box at the bottom of the window.
Note: The number 0 is closed. It is advisable not to enter a number beyond 150. You will see the result in the preview in the bottom left of the window.

If you want to change the direction of opening e.g. from Inwards to Outwards, select the Door type in the Parameters and change it via the drop-down box at the foot of the Object Parameters window.
- Click OK to confirm.
