Firstly ensure you have completed the full setup for Tradeplace see article How do I setup Tradeplace in Winner? and that your account is activated by the supplier. Having done these two checks, if your orders are still not going automatically via Tradeplace some setup might be missing at supplier level. In order to check this, follow these instructions:
At project level:
- Go to Register on the menu bar and select Suppliers.
- In the suppliers list double-click the supplier to be edited.
OR
Select a supplier and click the Edit button. - In the Supplier information window select the Settings tab.
- Click the Winner extension name drop-down box and select TRADEPLACE.
- Click OK.
Tradeplace is now enabled for this supplier.
