For step by step instructions on how to create a 360 panorama see article How to create a 360 panorama. Once created the panorama is automatically uploaded to the Documents section of the Flex platform meaning it can be viewed in three ways:
- From within the program see article How to create a 360 panorama.
- From the Flex platform - enabling it to be viewed from anywhere

To view on the Flex platform from within Winner Flex desktop app
If you are within the program the quickest way to access the documents relating to your open project or alternative is to use the Documents icon, located on the toolbar at the right side of the screen:

This will open the Document section of the Flex platform. Within this, document types appear under sub-headings:
Under the sub-heading 360° Panorama click on the name and a viewer will open allowing you to view and move around the Panorama online, i.e. you do not have to download it to view it.
Note: If you are on a smart phone with a VR headset, there is a VR icon you can click to enable you to view the 360 panorama via the headset.
To view on the Flex platform from any device
- The device must have an internet connection.
- Go to the Flex Platform at:
For European customers https://flex.compusoftgroup.com
For Australian and Pacific regions https://live-flex-au.compusoftgroup.com
For South Africa https://live-flex-za.compusoftgroup.com
For USA https://live-flex-eastus.compusoftgroup.com
- Login with your user credentials and select the Company and Shop if more than one.
- Click on the Documents tab. For detailed information on this tab see article Flex: Documents
- Use the filter to find the project containing the 360 render to be viewed.
- Click on the panorama name which will appear as a ZIP file.
- A viewer will open allowing you to view and move around the Panorama online, i.e. you do not have to download it to view it.
