Email to the customer
When uploading the plan, if you wished to share it, you will have entered at least one email address to send the plan to. Here is the email that your recipient(s) will receive:
Note: The email sent to your customer is a predefined email. Only the message that you enter can be adapted. The other information is set by default and can not be changed. Customers cannot reply to the email.
The customer's view of the design
When your customer clicks on the email link, they will automatically be redirected to their personal and secure area with an intuitive and interactive interface. They will have access to different viewpoints and attachments (if any). They will also see the messages that you sent to them.
Icons: When you click any of the first three icons it highlights that section of uploads. If there is more than one upload in a section, click on the different previews at the foot of the screen to view them.
3D/360: Access to a 360° virtual tour of the entire room. Just click on the image while holding your finger on the mouse: you can move to the right or to the left and from the top to the bottom of the image and zoom in and out by using the wheel of your mouse. Note: 3D images shared on Showcase Collaborate are compatible with VR headsets and glasses. |

Images: access to all images uploaded with the plan. |

Plans: it contains all the documents attached to the plan when it is shared. |

Messages: Messaging in the form of Chat. Your recipient can write messages, ask questions and even add notes and comments on photos of their kitchen project and you can quickly respond and transmit changes or variations requested. The relationship becomes more personal and more precise. This simplifies communication with your customer about their project. The messages are saved throughout the discussion. This simple and fast communication tool reduces the possibility of error and misunderstanding, and clearly helps the customer in making his decision. |

Like: The customer can share your creation with all of their contacts via social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc…). Also QRCode: Generate a QRCode that can be used to directly open this plan. |
Uploading from the client's location
When you are at a customer's location, you can take pictures and upload them to showcase as an attachment. You can then view them on the Showcase platform to make an after sales request or add accessories:
- Open the client's design.
- Click on the attachment icon
- Click the + icon and upload the photo.
Chat instant messaging
With Showcase 360, you can keep in touch with your customers using instant messaging. The messages are saved throughout the discussion (see Interaction between Winner and Showcase Platform).
