As an alternative to tiles above a kitchen counter, Winner also offers the option of adding customised splashbacks (or backsplash/splash panel/splashboard) to a design. These can range from floor/countertop to ceiling height or just an extended upstand. They can cover an area just above the stove/hob or cover above the back of the whole countertop area, creating a back panel. It also allows the drawing of variable upstands, splashbacks or back panels to fit any kitchen design.
With the Front Elevation window active and in Furnishing mode,
- Click on Free drawing of filler:
- Click on Draw rectangle:
- In the Front Elevation window, left-click once to set the first corner point of the splashback or back panel.
- Left-click and hold to drag out the rectangle.
Note: to move the mouse in small increments whilst dragging it, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard.
- Let go of the left mouse button to finish drawing the splashback, or back panel.
- If you want to code the splashback or back panel do this in the Select product window, if not click Skip.
- Define the Depth of the splashback, or back panel in the Object properties window and select height position if needed.
- Select Colour and use the drop-down box to define the colour of the splashback, or back panel; for example matching it to the Countertop or the Wall.
Note: For more colour and material options, click on the Colours button in the bottom left corner of the window.
- Click OK.
