In Winner, if a user is unable to render a 360° panorama it may be because the current viewpoint is outside of the room, the Perspective is not set to VR Mode, or the viewpoint is positioned too close to a wall.
Note: For more information on creating a 360° render, see How to create a 360° panorama.
Viewpoint is outside of the room
The selected viewpoint for the 360° render is outside of the room. Or, if the user has selected multiple viewpoints, then one or more of the viewpoints selected for the 360° render is outside of the room.
To correct this, move the viewpoint or viewpoints inside the room. For more information, see Saving and changing viewpoints.
Perspective not set to VR Mode
The Perspective view window is not set to VR Mode.
To correct this, right-click the Perspective view window and select Perspective > VR Mode.
Note: Or press Ctrl + M on the keyboard.
When the Perspective is set to VR Mode, in the bottom left of the window, the user will see a footsteps icon:
Viewpoint is too close to a wall
The selected viewpoint for the 360° render is too close to a wall. Or, if the user has selected multiple viewpoints, then one of the viewpoints selected for the 360° render is too close to a wall.
Note: In this case, the user will still be able to create a 360° render. However, users may receive a warning that the quality of the render may be affected.
To correct this, move the viewpoint or viewpoints away from any walls. For more information, see Saving and changing viewpoints.
