LED light option for integrated handles - Handles that are integrated now have LED lights added automatically. These lights can be adjusted or turned off in the Light Settings window. For more information click here.

New item group for services - There is a new item group called Other Services to allow you to add additional charges which will not be included in any discounts applied to the quotation. This will also enable a different VAT level for services provided as this is a requirement in some regions. For more information on Item Groups click here.

Improvement to Product Navigator - If the product selected has a matching code available in the catalogue, it will be placed automatically into the design without having to choose it from all the partially matching codes. Also some improvements were made to the printing functionality in Product Navigator. For more information on Product Navigator click here.

Invalid characters in the name for Project, Milieu and, Alternative - Adding an invalid character in a project name was causing a conflict when Winner would generate a backup folder for the project. This was due to Windows not allowing certain characters to be included in a file name. To avoid this, when trying to enter an invalid character there will be a warning message informing you that this cannot be used in Winner or on the Flex platform. If there are current names using the invalid characters these will be replaced with an underscore.

New user interface for creating User roles - This gives the ability to give viewing rights or editing rights to users once they are assigned to the User role. It enables you to protect the data by preventing the users who need to view this data from changing it. This also includes only giving user roles viewing rights to other users designs. For more information on how to set user roles click here.
Note: When you only have permission to view other designers projects and not edit them it is also extended to the documents linked to those projects.
NOTE: This is going to be phased in gradually and activated in waves.

Shop information: New field for extra information - A new field has been added to the Shops tab in the Admin area of the Flex portal. The information in the new field Shop Information, is synchronised from the Flex platform company settings to Winner Flex desktop app. This information can be used in printouts to show specific information to do with the individual shops under one company.
