Product Navigator: Wishlists

To add a product to a Wishlist follow the steps below:

1. Select the product to add, from the list in the Search Products tab. 
2. Click on the icon:
   Note: When selected the icon will be filled
   
   
3. Keep adding products to the Wishlist in the same way. 
4. Click on the icon in the tool bar to view the Wishlist as you compile it. 
   
   
5. To save the Wishlist click Save at the bottom of the list. 
   
   
6. In the window Save Wishlist enter the Customer Name and a Reference of your choosing. 
   
   
7. The Wishlist will now be saved in the tab Saved Wishlists. 

1. Go to the tab Saved Wishlists and select the Wishlist to edit. 
   
   
2. In the sidebar select the option Edit Wishlist.
   
   
3. The Wishlist that you have selected will now be opened for editing and you can add and remove items.
   Note: The icon shows how many items are in the open list  
   
   
4. Once you have finished making changes click Save. 
   
   
5. In the Save Wishlist window you will have an option to either Save or Save as New. 
   Note: If you Save as New then give it a new name and or reference. 

1. In Winner, start or open an alternative. 
2. Right click in the Code box and select the option Select from Product Navigator. Or press enter in the code box and in the Select Products window click the icon at the bottom of the window. 
   
   
3. Product navigator will open on the Saved Wishlists tab. 
   
   
4. Click on a Wishlist to open the sidebar. 
   
   
5. Select any item on the Wishlist and select Add To Plan.
   
   
6. This will take you back to the Select Products window in Winner with the item in the relevant catalogue. 
   Note: If there is a pricing discrepancy between the Wishlist and the item in Winner you will see a warning message. 
   
   
7. Set the height position of the item and add it to the design. 

1. In Winner, select the icon   in the toolbar to go to the quotation. 
   
   
2. In the Quotation window select the option New in the bottom left corner. 
   
   
3. Select the option Select from Product Navigator. 
   
   
4. Product navigator will open on the Saved Wishlists tab. 
   
   
5. Click on a Wishlist to open the sidebar. 
   
   
6. Select an item on the Wishlist and select Add to Plan. 
   
   
7. The item will be in the quotation. To save the changes click Add to in the This item box in the Quotation window. 
   Note: If there is a pricing discrepancy between the Wishlist and the item in Winner you will see a warning message. 
   
   
8. The item has now been added to the quotation.
