It is now possible to add a project status with a colour in the Flex platform. This will then show in your desktop app and will make it easier to view projects under different status markers. The filter option now has an option for the Status and there is an additional column Expected Contract Date. The status can be updated in the Flex platform and there is a record of who changed the status with a timestamp.
How to customise the project status
- Open the Flex platform
- Click on the
to go to the Admin area
- Select Custom settings from the Company settings options
- Select the tab for Project Status
- Select the options to view and use in Flex. There are also 9 user defined fields that can be customised to show an option not pre-set in Winner desktop app. The colour is also customisable.
- Select Save Settings.
How to change the project status and filter by status
In the Flex platform
- Select the project
- Select the tab Additional information
- Select the option Status and amend the status here
- Select Save and return to the project list - here you can filter by the Project status and view the history of the status on the pull out tab on the right hand side.
- Here you can also set the project to Lost. This will put the status of the alternative to Quotation sent and Lost and remove any other steps that were taken.
