Flex: Find project

In Flex, you can use filters to search the project database stored in the cloud (the Flex platform).  

On the Flex Platform

1. Access the Flex platform via a web browser at:
   
   http://flex.cloud
   
    
2. Click on the Projects icon in the left hand menu bar.
   
    
3. Using the fields across the top of the project list you can filter by the following:
   - Search
   - Project Status
   - Design Status
   - Our reference
   - Designer
   - Contact
   - External Ref
   - Number of days it has been in the same status
   - Archived projects
   
    
4. Click the project in the filtered list, this will show you the designs.
   
    
5. If you want to work on the project click Open Project on the toolbar.  This will open the Project in the desktop app.
   Note:  If you accessed the Flex platform via a browser you will see a preview of any designs within the project.  However, you will not be able to open the project via the browser.
