In France, a certified cash register system has been required by law since 2018. Businesses must comply fully by 31 August 2026. As Winner is not a certified POS vendor we can no longer offer this feature to customers operating in France because it can put you at risk of legal action.
You can still use the following features:
- Create Quotes
- Create Invoices
- Issue Invoices and Credit Notes
- Include Payment terms in your documents
The only feature that has been disabled is the recording of the Payment within Winner.
You will now need to register payments in a certified POS system or a certified accounting software.
