The project database is stored inside our cloud. This means, while opening a project or alternative it is necessary for Flex to access the data via an internet connection.
A reason for slow loading speed is mostly caused by a slow internet connection. Please make sure that you are using a connection that fits our requirements:
- Currently the minimum internet connection required is at least 10 Mbit/s in Down- and Upload.
- To run Flex in a more efficient way we recommend at least 20 Mbit/s in Down- and Upload.
