You can download the product Winner Flex via the Flex platform. You need to be on Windows 10 or newer and, have at least 3GB of free disk space on your hard drive.
Check that your PC has the recommended system specification to install Winner: Hardware requirements and system specification for Winner

See below for step by step written instructions.
Downloading
- Go to the Flex Platform at:
http://flex.cloud
- Select the Settings cog at the bottom of the left hand menu bar and then under Customer Portal select Products download.

Select Winner Design (iso) and click the Download button.
For some users, when you click Download, you may get a pop-up stating The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app. If this happens click here and follow the instructions. - Once the download is complete click Open.
Installing the Winner.ISO file
| In some cases a third party software may try to open the ISO file. In these instances click here and follow the instructions. |

When you Open the file, you will see a virtual DVD drive called Winner on your PC, click on the SETUP.exe file within this.
During the installation, Windows security questions may appear. If prompted with a protection message, click More info then Run anyway. - This will launch the installation wizard and here the most important settings that must be chosen are:
the language and country
the destination directory
Note: the default installation directory is C:\Winner
- Click Next until you can click Finish at the end.

If you wish to remove the virtual DVD drive from your PC afterwards then right-click on the drive and select Eject.
The Winner Flex desktop shortcut will appear automatically following installation of the product. If the shortcut does not appear see the steps here.
Activate Winner Flex
When starting Winner for the first time, you have to choose what activation method you want to use.
- Tick the Named user field and then on Log in using your credentials.
