In Winner Flex, users are able to change the default currency for new alternatives or change the currency for individual existing alternatives.
Note! Changing the currency for alternatives in combined quotations require the user to duplicate the alternatives, or remove all the alternatives from the Combined quotation before taking the steps shown below and adding to a new combined quotation.

Change the currency for the whole Company
You cannot change your company settings in the desktop application. If you have the user rights, you can edit or change your settings inside the Flex platform:
- Open the Flex platform.
- When in the Flex platform, click the settings icon
at the bottom of the left hand menu bar and under Admin area select Company Settings.
- Click the Settings tab.
- The default currency will be shown in a drop-down field.
- Click + Add Currency and click under the International column.
- Select the currency you wish to change to from the drop-down field and adjust the conversion factor if necessary.
- Under Default Currency drop-down field you can now select the currency you added.
- Click Save Company on the top toolbar to apply the changes.
Change the currency for an individual Showroom
Note: Before you can change a showroom currency you need to add the required currency to the Company settings as instructed above.
You cannot change your showroom settings in the desktop application. If you have the user rights, you can edit or change your settings inside the Flex platform:
- Open the Flex platform.
- When in the Flex platform, click the settings icon
- Select the Showroom you wish to change the currency of.
- Click on Edit Showroom in the top toolbar.
- Select the General Shop Settings tab and under the section Currency Settings untick use default currency.
- Select the required currency from the drop-down field.
- Click Save Showroom on the top toolbar to apply the changes.
Change the currency for a single Alternative
In the desktop app at Alternative level:
- Click the Calculator icon:
- In the Quotation window, click Quotation and select Quotation set-up/Summary.
- In the Quotation setup window, select the Presentation tab.
- Under the Presentation tab, in the Currency section, click the drop-down menu and select the desired currency.
- Click OK.
