In the Flex platform, you are able to review deleted documents and reinstate them, as long as it is within 90 days of the initial deletion. The Deleted documents list is accessed by the more options icon found in the Documents tab.
To locate the list and reinstate a deleted document, take the following steps:
- In the Flex platform, click on the Documents icon in the left hand menu bar.
- Click the more options icon located to the right.
- Click Deleted documents.
- The list includes information of the deletion date and who deleted the document.
If you want to reinstate a deleted document, click to select one item or tick the boxes to select several. When ready, click Restore, and then click Accept to confirm.
The reinstated documents will now be available in the documents list.
Note: The deleted files can be restored within 90 days.
