Product Navigator: Searching for products

1. Open Product navigator and select the tab Search Products. 
   
   
2. In the search box to the right of the toolbar enter your search requirements. You can use a product code if you have it or a search term. 
   Note: The search box is a live search so you will see options as you type. 
   
   
3. Once you have entered your search and press enter or click on the search option, the table below will be of items relevant to the search term. 
   
   
4. Click on items to open the sidebar for more information on them. 

1. Open Product navigator and select the tab Search Products. 
   
   
2. Use the filter options under the headings: Catalogues, Category and, Sub Category. 
   
   
3. Once you have selected one of the filters at the top of the screen more advanced filters will appear on the left hand side of the screen. 

If you have items on display in the showroom, you can use product navigator to search for the item and in the sidebar under the option Properties there is a QR code for each item. You can print out the QR code and display it next to the item in the showroom.

When a customer is in the showroom you can simply open Product navigator on a tablet or phone and scan the QR code using the camera function.  This opens the product details as well as adding it directly to a Wishlist.

To print the QR code follow the steps below: 

1. Open Product navigator with a device connected to a printer. 
   
   
2. Search for the product using the code in the search box on the tool bar. 
   
   
3. Click on the item in the list to open the side bar. 
   
   
4. Select the option Properties. 
   
   
5. Select Print QR Code. 

To search using the QR code follow the steps below: 

1. Open Product navigator with a device connected to a scanner or camera.
2. Click on the icon Open Scanner. 
   
   
3. Under the search box you can see the camera view. 
   Note: To close this click on the Open scanner icon again.
   
   
4. Hover the camera or scanner above the QR code.
   
   
5. The item will appear in the search results.
