Improvements and new features 

 

Winner Design and Flex users 

  • Our Ref changed to Salesperson - In a project there were two contact options of Designer and Our Ref, Our Ref was a little ambiguous and this has been improved to say Salesperson. The two contacts that a project can have attached to it are now labelled as Salesperson and Designer. 

  • Improvement to the User Interface - The borders around each frame have been made smaller, this has improved the Winner interface and made the windows larger. EN_New_UI.png

  • New system settings for window placement including “inside/outside” and “offset”

 

Winner Flex users only

  • Delete user defined catalogue - Previously a user created catalogue would re appear once deleted because it was synced to the Flex platform. Now users will need to deselect Synchronise this catalogue via Cloud storage on the Catalogue information page and then, delete the catalogue from all accounts. For more information click here.

  • System settings locked per Shop - Previously when one user in the company was in the system settings other users within the company were unable to access the system settings. This is now improved so that the system settings are locked for users in the same shop only and not across the entire company's users.
     
  • Change a contact from Private to Company - When creating a contact in Flex it is possible to select an option for Private or Company, once the contact had been created this was a set field. It is now possible to edit existing contacts from Private to Company as required.

  • Macro catalogue sharing - Macro catalogues are set to be shared within the Company of the user. If the user would like to disable the sharing of their local Macros then they will be able to do this. Click here for more information.

  • Readded “messages”-dialogue in Winner Flex and Winner Design

  • Removed “reports” menu from the toolbar of Winner Flex


    Fixed issues 

  • New Tax rates in Luxemburg - If the installation country is Luxemburg the new VAT values will be present (16% and  7%). 

  • VAT differences in invoices - After a partial invoice was created and there were changes made to the quotation in very special situations, there was occasionally a small difference in how the VAT was calculated. 

  • Block calculation bug fixes in connection to displaying and quotation totals of some cases

  • Stabilised “Iterate viewpoints” features in Winner Flex

  • Email address mistakenly went missing when sending an e mail directly out of Winner Flex

  • Error message “Cannot update data in the database. Error: #-1” fixed in Winner Flex

  • Multiple optimizations in connection to front offsets and worktop overhangs

  • Stabilised quotation calculation handling in connection to m2 usage

  • Improved contact information and project details handling in Winner Flex

  • Selecting “reset all lights” in the new light source dialogue could lead to a crash in some cases

  • Improved display of quotation window

  • Changed text of misleading error message when VAT values become negative

  • Stabilised 3D décor handling with panel profile

  • Fixed issue where printing an invoice didn’t work in special cases

  • Improved JSON room import functionality regarding different topics
