Most Tradeplace errors will look like the following one:
It clearly states it is a Tradeplace error and not a Compusoft error. The dialog box will display the error code and the error message.
In our example, error code is 110 and error message is Unknown TradePlaceID : compusoft.fr@tradeplace.com
These errors might occur when you are interacting with one of the Tradeplace suppliers; when you send an order, or when you query order status. If something goes wrong, during these interactions, you will get this error dialog box.
When this occurs note the error, or do a screen capture and contact the supplier direct. They will be able to provide you with an answer.
