Top tool bar icons
The toolbar icons showing across the top of the screen will change depending on which view you are currently using. You will find all the functions you need to interact on this toolbar. For example, when you are in documents you can attach new documents, create a new whiteboard, create a new note, open documents, delete documents and download documents.
Note: If you see scroll buttons to the right of a top toolbar this means the toolbar is elongated and the buttons allow you to scroll back and forth on it.
When navigating in the Flex platform, you will notice a breadcrumb trail, below the toolbar icons, to help show where you are and provide quick access to go back. For example when you have clicked through a project, into the project details, and into a design the breadcrumb trail will show:
Projects / Project name (project number) / Alternative name (design number)
You can click on any of these 3 areas to go back to that project, or the whole projects list.
