Inspire: How to Manage a Gallery

The following icons are shown in the Showcase menu tool bar:

	Share: You can share your showcase between several shops.
	Settings: You can change the settings of your showcase (colours, logo, name, etc.).
	Advertisements: You can select and upload an advertisement (banner form) that you have previously saved.
	Delete showcase: You can delete your showcase.
	Show website: By clicking on this icon, you can see the same rendering as the one the user will see on the website.
	List view: Shows the list of plans in your gallery without a visual.
	List with images (Mosaic): Shows the list of plans in your gallery with a visual.
	Add plans to the gallery: You can add any public plan you have uploaded in the current gallery, by clicking this icon then clicking the + sign on the designs you want to add.
	Save showcase plans: Validate an action such as adding or deleting a plan, etc.
	Filter ... Search for the name of the plan, name of the seller etc.

The preview information shows you:

• How many showcases this plan has been uploaded to.
• The date on which the plan was uploaded.
• The surface of the room as well as the main colour detected.

You can delete a plan from a gallery by clicking on the Trash can symbol next to the plan name in the preview information:

Confirm your actions by clicking on Save Showcase plans.

Only public plans can be added to your Showcase. These are plans you have uploaded to Inspire.

To add a plan, with the showcase gallery open,

1. Click on the Add showcase plans icon:
   
   
   
   Your gallery will move to the background and the public plans will appear. 
   
   
2. Select the plan(s) that you want to add by clicking on the Plus symbol next to the plan name:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Save showcase plans icon to confirm:
   
   

To access and manage plans, click on MANAGE PLANS on the main menu.

The tool bar for public plans has an extra icon that private plans (plans shared with a specific email recipient), don't have.

Plan showcases: Shows a list of showcases this plan is uploaded to. You also have the opportunity to upload this plan to another showcase, by clicking the Plus symbol at the top of the list.

Plan information, attachments and notes are the same as explained in Collaborate: Manage Plans

By using filters in the Showcase, you make it easier for yourself to find plans again. To do so, define the attributes (for more information see How to create a Gallery). Once the attributes are defined, you can start using them to search and filter.

To find a plan:

1. In MANAGE PLANS of the Showcase 360 homepage, click on Show filters:
   
   
   
   Several tabs will appear containing several filters. These filters will help you to refine your searches.
   
   Data tab: You can type in free text in order to find all plans associated with this.
   You can search for plans by using the initials of the plan owner/seller or by indicating the time period of upload.
   
   Colour and size tab: This has filters in the form of sliders to help you filter on colours, dimensions of the room and its surface.
   
   Appearance tab:  You will find fields with multiple choices imposed according to the criteria you have previously assigned.
   
   Usage tab: Choose from the drop down lists, the sharing status (shared plans/not shared) or the showcase status (plans in showcase/not in showcase).
